I went to go get my car inspection yesterday and the men there attended me with respect and very fast. Pretty quick and fairly priced. Expect the typical upsell tactics but not to bad, I'll be back I'm sure.
disappointed with the quality of the service provided... as soon as I left the company I noticed that the car's noise was different .. when stopping at the traffic lights the car's idle speed was oscillating... when I went to check it and there was something wrong I came across this (air filter poorly seated in the compartment) another point to be seen is the products in barrels… I'm not sure what's inside the barrel is what is actually being sold… I even asked the attendant that I would like him to put the lubricant that comes in bottles. even the lubricant displayed on the shelf he said he didn't have it in stock
The so called mechanic said I had an exhaust leak. So I told her to point it out for me.
Of course, no leak still didn't pass my inspection. She's a fake just wanted to flex her nuts that she don't have. Not a cool manager..
Quick and helpful the guys drive my car over the hole for me bc I'm scared to very nice no issues
Edited everytime I come now even if I'm the second car in like it takes forever nothing rapid about it I've been sitting so far for 20 mins to get air the car in front of me has been done with oil waiting on someone to bring their card back for 10+ mins now
After 30 mins I left should not take that long ti get air put in.y tires which is all I came for
Always take my my 3 cars when it's due fast and friendly service
Chris is a bright spot for this company. He's always friendly, helpful, polite and ready to assist you. Hard to find people like him in this area with his professionalism. They're quick with oil changes and make vehicle inspections hassle-free.
They are awesome. They alway get me in and out quickly.
